There are many options for lodging in the city and around Bergen. VisitBergen has a great section on accommodation, with listings of hotels, pensions, and guesthouses. Hotels start at $125/night for rooms during the summer, other options are less expensive.
Some hotels can be booked through online reservation systems like Travelocity.com, otherwise VisitBergen has contact info and email addresses to make reservations. Please contact us for recommendations.
For Friday and Saturday of the wedding weekend we have reserved a number of apartments at Tysnes Sjø og Fritid. These range in size and price. Click here for floor plans and photos. Please let us know if you want to stay there. The per-night rates for bed & breakfast are:

It is also possible to rent the apartments without bed&breakfast, in which case you pay a lower price per day, but pay extra for linen and final cleaning. In some cases this saves money if you stay atleast 2 nights and take care of your own breakfast. There is a grocery store nearby which has lots of tasty bread and pastries.
There are also 2 camping sites on Tysnes. Gripne camping in Lunde (53 43 32 70) and Folgerøs in Dalen (91 81 58 68). Both places have a limited number of huts for rent, as well as camping spaces. Costs are somewhat lower than Tysnes Sjø og Fritid for the huts, camping is obviously very low-cost but requires you to bring a tent & sleeping bags! However neither place is as convenient to the wedding events as Tysnes Sjø og Fritid.
